    * the meeting starts at 7.00am sharp, but it's a good idea to come along by around 6.45 as that gives you a chance to meet some of the members and - perhaps more important - to grab some breakfast/coffee/tea
    * we'll finish by 8.30, so that you are able to get to work at a reasonable time
    * you will get the chance to pass around your business cards to everyone there, so do bring plenty with you!
